Please read the following Field Trip terms and conditions carefully. Indicate your acceptance of these terms by checking the box below.

• Your Teaching Team and School Administrator have been notified of this tour booking.
• Students will be divided into small tour groups after everyone has entered the Garden.
• Lunches and snacks are not permitted in the Garden. Please leave all food in your buses or vehicles.
• Groups arriving late (15 minutes or more) are subject to a reduced tour time.
• Groups arriving early (30 minutes or more) will need to stay on the bus until greeted by a DBG guide.
• A fee will be assessed for canceling your tour less than 2 weeks from your scheduled tour date. See Cancellation policy for fee information.
• Tag along siblings and children are not permitted on tour.
• No more than one (1) chaperone per 10 students
