Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Thank you for supporting the Desert Botanical Garden! Items ordered are generally shipped in 5 - 7 business days. Shipments are via UPS ground or US mail to locations within the continental United States only. The Garden Shop will select the most appropriate shipping method. Please know that items cannot be sent to a P.O. box.
Shipping/Handling Charges
Shipping and handling fees applicable to merchandise only. Gift Certificates are sent by U.S. mail at no fee. Shipping and handling fees are based upon the total dollar value of merchandise purchased and shipped to a single address. The following rates apply:

Retail Merchandise Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Return the item to us within 30 days with your original receipt enclosed. You will be credited in the same tender as your original purchase. We ask that returned products be in new condition with original packaging and materials included. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
